If A Tree Falls

If a tree falls in a forest and nobody hears it, did it make a sound? Yes, because that's just how it works.
If a blogger posts and nobody reads it, does it make a difference? Yes, because the mere act of putting it on the interwebs means that their opinion is there forever. In 10 years someone could Google the exact post without knowing it and discover a whole wealth of knowledge. It's interesting because many get discouraged when nobody listens. But if something is public somebody you may not even know might read it and be influenced by it. So I'll keep posting even if nobody reads this because it might matter someday. Also, because I have nothing better to do at 2 in the morning.
